Procurement Senior Staff

Responsibility :

1.    Sourcing, negotiating and buying of good, materials and services to meet the Company’s operational requirements
2.    Coordination and communication with Vendor or User for arranging the shipment schedule
3.    Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organisational targets and requirements 
4.    Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issue

Requirement :

1.    Proven Purchasing experience for min 5 years, especially in purchasing Heavy Equipment 
2.    Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
3.    Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal in English
4.    Intermediate degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office
